		<description>I once heard pickles encourage nightmares. I read it in an Anne of Green Gables book ten years ago. The kids would hoard the pantry before bedtime for anything that could possibly cause nightmares. They would try different foods and observe recount their dreams and brag the next day about how scary they were!</description>
